Affirmation Meditation

To receive your affirmation, click on the star below. When you have entered the affirmation page, center the page on your screen, and move your cursor off of the slideshow. When the first slide changes, close your eyes and begin deep abdominal breathing. When you are ready, open your eyes and take note of the word on the screen. Repeat this a total of three times. Add the words, "I am" before each of the three affirming words you received. This is your affirmation mantra.*
Meditation One:
Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and begin your abdominal breathing. After a deep inhale, exhale and silently say the first line of your affirmation: "I am..." Inhale again, and on your next exhale, let the second I am sentence float through your head. And then again, inhale and exhale with the third line. Repeat this as many times as you would like within a five to fifteen minute meditation.
Meditation Two:
Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and begin your abdominal breathing. After a deep inhale, say the words, "I am" either in your head or out loud, and open your eyes to see the word before you. Close your eyes again and inhale deeply, allowing the word your saw to resonate within you. When you are ready, inhale deeply again and with the words, "I am," open your eyes for the next word on the screen. Repeat as often as you want and take as much time in between words as you would like.
*If you receive two or three of the same words, close your eyes again, or use the repetitive mantra for extra affirmation!
