The Tranformational Meditation Foundation Series will teach you how to meditate, how to practice daily, and will give you techniques to overcome daily stressors wherever you are. Lead a more focused, positive, and stress-reduced life with Transformation Meditation!


Classes are offered as a five course series, or an all-day retreat. Custom courses

can be made available for families, large groups, office events, and more.

Course Supplies: Handouts and pencils provided.

Please Bring: Meditation pillow or any cushion for sitting.
